Starting March 15, 2025, American Airlines will launch a Miami-to-South Caicos route, operating twice weekly. The Turks & Caicos Civil Aviation Authority expects this historic flight to increase accessibility to the secluded island’s pristine beaches, marine activities, and luxury retreats.
