The year-round service of this airline carrier is scheduled to commence on 28th October. Of course, the decision is pending the regulatory approvals. It is expected that the service would include just one daily round-trip flight aboard the Boeing 767-300 aircraft of the United.
This route would be the second one of United to Buenos Aires.
This airliner is also known to serve the Argentine capital from its Houston hub. And, it would resume its services that it had once discontinued in the year 2013.
Also, United Airlines has declared that it would be boosting its existing service between Newark and Bogota, Colombia during its summer schedule. Already, United flies one daily round-trip on the route. But then, it would be adding a second flight that would be commencing on 8th June and run through 14th August.
In addition, the airliner also plans to fly to Bogota from its Houston hub and offer two daily round-trip flights on that route.
United has actually made its presence felt in the New York City region through its hub at Newark by announcing the new Bogota and Buenos Aires flight routes. Andrew Nocella, the chief revenue officer of United Airlines said that from the area of New York, United Airlines also operates nonstop flights to South America and Central America as compared to other U.S. carriers.
