UofSC ranked best hospitality & tourism management school

The largest industry of the state is constantly being supported by the University of South Carolina by organizing its future leaders with country’s one of the best hospitality and tourism management degree programs. The university’s College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management for the fourth consecutive year has ranked among the top 10 schools in the US in hospitality and tourism management.

The ShanghaiRanking’s 2022 Global Ranking of Academic Subjects — Hospitality & Tourism Management has positioned South Carolina among Southeastern Conference universities as No. 1, No. 9 in the U.S. and globally as No. 18th.

The rankings comprise over 250 U.S. programs and over 500 worldwide, are taken place on the basis of research output and influence, international partnership, international academic awards research quality, and a review of over 6,000 lecturers from 100 universities.

The hospitality and tourism management program of the University of South Carolina is headed by its School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, which is part of the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management of the university. In hospitality and tourism management, the school provides bachelor’s degrees and in international hospitality and tourism management, the school provides a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in hospitality management.

Also, it provides degree in food and beverage management, hotel and resort management, tourism management, and meeting and event management, and club management specialization.
