Villas of Distinction launch campaign to support travel advisors

Villas of Distinction, the company providing luxury villas and vacation homes for travelers have recently launched a ‘With You to Stay’ campaign. The company that is part of the World Listings has launched that campaign to provide support to its travel advisor partners.

Willie Fernandez, General Manager and Vice President, Villas of Distinction said in a press statement that the company has always loved and appreciated its travel advisors. He mentioned that during the present time of crisis for the travel and tourism industry the company has noticed a need and an opportunity to provide the travel advisors with an enhanced level of support. He informed that the company has now encouraged their current and prospective customers to book with a travel advisor instead of direct booking.

Steve Lassman, Vice President, Villa Product and Agency Relations for Villas of Distinction further added that the company will proudly stand by all travel advisors during the critical time as well as beyond the crisis to help them in the recovery. He mentioned that travel advisors will be provided with bonus commissions and incremental business by referring guests to the advisors who would otherwise book directly.

Villas of Distinction is directing its guests to book with a travel advisor because now, more than ever, there is great value in having a travel advisor advocate. Bonus Commission is being provided for every booking for 2020 and 2021. The offer would remain valid for new bookings made retroactively from now to May 31, 2020, for travel through December 31, 2021.

Villas of Distinction’s partners are also working to adapt new rebooking procedures to ensure clients’ villa vacations. They are also planning to relax payment terms in order to honor clients’ villa investments and update their travel policies. It would also include a cancelation policy up to 28 days prior to arrival, to ensure that vacation plans of the guests are protected.
