There will be six videos associating Portuguese wines and wine tourism with art, culture, architecture and music.
Luis Araujo, president of Turismo de Portugal stated that the idea is videos are used in all campaigns all over the world and they campaign in 21 countries which is their main market and they reach more than 160 countries as the videos or excerpts are used in digital campaigns.
At the Lisbon Tourism Fair in 2019 the campaign, which is the part of a program for wine tourism saw an investment of around 500,000 euros for all the markets and is expected to extend beyond 2020.
About 170 million people will be targeted by the six video plan and aim to appeal to markets that have a greater appetite for wine tourism product like UK, Germany, Spain , United States, Brazil and Canada.
