The UK-hotel chain Yotel debuted in Amsterdam on Monday. The 202-cabin hotel offers a slick experience with an all-day dining concept, a stunning deck and one-of-kind outdoor cinema.

The hotel has been opened on the sunny bank of the Tolhuis Canal, which is home to start-ups and businesses. The area also has hip bars, making it an ideal base for modern travellers.

Guests will find a space-saving adjustable smart bed, cool action gel memory foam mattresses and refreshing amenities apart from adjustable mood lightings and free super-fast WiFi, smart TV.

Hotel’s all-day social space, which overlooks the waterside deck, is also among one of the attractions. The restaurant picks up ingredients from the local market and gets coffee selected by the roaster. As per plans, yoga activities apart from running clubs along with film screenings under the sky have been planned for this space.

The hotel has a unique water system, which collects, stores, filters and recycles water. Besides, the hotel utilizes energy-saving LED lighting and sensors. Electric cars have been arranged for the transportation of hotels and the cars are supposed to be charged as one of the ten charging points of the hotel.

Time-saving airline-style self-service kiosks, bicycle, a modern open gym which runs 24X7, an e-bike available on rent and space for mooring boats are among other amenities.

Yotel Amsterdam is the second Yotel Hotel in Europe. The group is going to expand further in Europe with new hotels in Glasgow and London, slated to be opened in early 2020.

CEO of Yotel, Hubert Viriot, said that the Yotel hotel provided global travellers with an exciting opportunity to discover an alternative side of the city.
