He is tasked with overhauling the way Exsus works with agents and has been charged with personally overseeing the sourcing of new business, securing major commercial agreements and training.
Sealy stated that they were looking to substantially ramp up its trade business after ist launch and had taken’ the odd booking’.
In the last year there were no agent sales and it was blank canvas and in the past five or six years trade did not support much of their business and were not much focused on.
There is plenty to speak about Exsus as not many people are aware of it within the trade. Building things from ground was a challenge that attracted him to the new role.
Earlier this year Sealy was approached for the role and after agreeing to join Exsus a budget was outlined with its management team to drive the agent strategy.
In his most recent move he will be securing commercial agreements with larger agent groups, set meetings with smaller agencies which are specialised in Exsus’ key destinations. He wasn’t to increase the involvement of trade associations with trade associations.
He will also be training the team on working with agents an d cater services for the trade in a better way.
He will also look to educated Exsus’s team in how to work with agents more closely and cater services for the trade.
