Gevora, World’s New Tallest Hotel set to open in Dubai

tallestDubai will become home to the world’s new tallest hotel as the Gevora prepares to opens its doors in the weeks ahead.

 

 

With the 355m JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, the Emirate already holds the record for being the world’s tallest hotel in 2012.

 

 

But the new hotel is expected to surpass JW Marriott Marquis Dubai by 1 metre standing at 356m.

 

The property will be located in the Trade Centre area of Sheikh Zayed Road.

 

 

It will feature 528 rooms spread across its 71 floors along with four dining options, there will be an all-day dining restaurant and coffee shop on the mezzanine floor, a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurant on Level 12 and along with a  pool bar.

 

 

Guests can also avail facilities like health club,  Jacuzzi and a luxury spa on the 71st floor.

 

 

In a Gevora Hotel Instagram post the view from the top of the property scheduled to open in Q-1 were shown.

 

Dubai is also a home to a number of the world’s other tallest hotels like the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana and the iconic Burj Al Arab on top of the world’s tallest building the Burj Khalifa.

 

 

Other  international competition are Four Seasons Place in Kuala Lumpur, Baiyoke Tower II in Thailand and Wuxi Maoye City, Marriott Hotel in China
