Hampton Festival, three day food and cultural extravaganza

The Hampton Festival, a vibrant celebration of local food production, regional artisans, art and music, will be held next month in Queensland on May 19th.

The Festival is a three day food and cultural extravaganza with an extensive events program giving you a unique, authentic High Country experience and highlights the autumn season and natural beauty of the Hampton region.

Bring your family for a few days and enjoy hands-on art and food experiences and gain an understanding about the region’s history and heritage through experiences such as the Historic Homestead progressive dinner.

Experience hands-on food and artistic workshops, regional farm tours and enjoy the ‘Tastes of the Region’ local produce events at local venues on Friday and Saturday.

On Festival Sunday your family will enjoy a wide range of activities from the celebrity chef demonstrations, to live music, the Hampton Art exhibition and interactive art sessions as well as great children’s food and artistic activities. The festival’s Chapman Park is an idyllic setting to relax under the majestic blue gums and enjoy the Festival’s live music and taste superb, local produce and locally made food and wine from one of the many featured regional restaurants and wineries.
