The luxury hotels and resorts collection, Noble House Hotels & Resorts recently announced the appointment of Kevin Geanides as the general manager of Little Palm Island Resort & Spa in the Florida Keys. The resort recently re-opened after a two-year closure.
The newly appointed Geanides will be bestowed with the responsibility of managing the resort’s daily success, sales and marketing, budget as well as food and beverages. He will have the key role in overlooking all the operations of the ultra-luxurious resort and maintaining a focus on strategic goals.
Geanides comes with an industry experience spanning 20 years across every field of the industry. He has been associated with management, front-house and kitchen job roles at some of the most recognized boutique hotel names in the country such as Timbers Resorts, Hotel Plaza Athenee in New York, Sonesta Beach Resorts in Sunny Isles Beach, and Private Residences & Club in Hawaii among others. His last role was a General Manager of Timbers Resorts. Prior to the same, he held a similar position at the Post Ranch Inn. The property reached the leading spot on the Andrew Harper Hideaway Report in 2018 during his tenure.
He also holds the record of being related to Little Palm Island group where he earlier served as the resort manager after being promoted from Director of Food & Beverage.
Matt Trahan, Vice President and Managing Director, Florida Noble House Hotels & Resorts said in a press statement said that Kevin Geanides’ leadership qualities and experience in luxury hospitality coupled with his personal commitment to achieving excellence will play a key role os establishing the success of the property. He also mentioned that his previous association would further help him achieve the goals and it was his knowledge of the marketplace and competitive landscape made him the ideal candidate for the position.
