Paul Rafferty appointed as hotel manager with Flemings Mayfair

Paul Rafferty will hold the position of the hotel manager with luxury boutique London hotel Flemings Mayfair.

He has joined Flemings in 2013 as rooms division manager and brings with him a wealth of experience from previous positions, he was earlier the front of house manager at the Courthouse Hotel and supervised the hotel’s re-branding.

He was the  reception manager at Sofitel London Heathrow and acted as head of department.

Rafferty role in Flemings Mayfair will now  look after the smooth running of operations as well as introducing new and existing clients.

Acting as deputy for the general manager, Henrik Muehle he will work closely with Michelin-awarded chef Shaun Rankin and his team at the hotel’s destination restaurant, Ormer Mayfair.

Rafferty said that after four years at Flemings he was excited to be stepping into this new role at the hotel. He will ensure that he maintains an unparalleled level of customer service and will look forward to finding new ways to innovate personalised guest experiences.
