Phillip Clarke has been appointed as the executive chef of Hilton London Heathrow Airport.
He will be overseeing the overall food strategy and head the everyday running of the hotel’s kitchen.
He will be leading the team at the hotel to deliver exceptional food with high standards and will be responsible for driving innovation along with maintain a competitive edge within the marketplace.
He holds more than 30 years of experience in catering and hospitality where he served as an executive chef at Hilton London , Wembley.
Jurgen Sutherland, general manager, Hilton London Heathrow Airport was thrilled to welcome Phillip who is a true team-player.
He said that Phillip brings a great deal of culinary expertise and passion. He was looking forward to see the exciting and memorable culinary experiences he will create.
Clarke was excited about working with the team at the award-winning Hilton London Heathrow Airport. He is aiming to develop the guests’ dining experience by enhancing the food service and atmosphere.
