The arrival of NoMad Hilton Singapore represents a significant milestone for both the NoMad brand and the region’s luxury hospitality market. NoMad Makes Its First Entrance into Asia Pacific

Late 2026 will mark an important chapter in NoMad’s international expansion with the official opening of NoMad Hilton Singapore.

The property has been designed to introduce the signature hospitality philosophy that has established NoMad as one of the world’s most recognised luxury lifestyle hotel brands. Rather than replicating existing concepts, the Singapore property has been thoughtfully adapted to reflect the city’s distinctive cultural identity while preserving the warmth, elegance and social atmosphere associated with the NoMad experience.

Positioned along Orchard Road, one of Singapore’s most iconic commercial and lifestyle districts, the hotel has been strategically located to place guests within easy reach of shopping, entertainment and cultural attractions.

The development also reinforces Singapore’s growing position as one of Asia’s leading destinations for premium hospitality and internationally recognised dining experiences.

A Collection of Distinctive Culinary Destinations

One of the defining features of NoMad Hilton Singapore will be its carefully curated collection of food and beverage concepts.

Rather than relying on a single signature restaurant, the property has been developed around multiple venues, each presenting its own personality, atmosphere and culinary identity.

Throughout the hotel, guests will experience an evolving hospitality journey extending from arrival through to rooftop relaxation, allowing every venue to contribute a different chapter within the overall guest experience.

Together, the restaurants, bars and lounge spaces have been designed to blend sophistication, comfort and social interaction while encouraging visitors to return throughout the day and evening.

NoMad Grill Brings New York Traditions to Singapore

NoMad Grill has been created as a refined interpretation of the classic New York chophouse combined with the timeless character of a European brasserie.

The restaurant will celebrate premium dry-aged meats sourced from around the world, complemented by carefully selected seafood and seasonal ingredients prepared over wood-fired cooking techniques.

Traditional tableside service will acknowledge classic New York dining customs while adapting them to contemporary Singapore hospitality.

The culinary concept aims to balance old-world refinement with the vibrant energy traditionally associated with downtown Manhattan, creating a dining experience that reflects NoMad’s heritage while embracing its new Asian home.

Sticky Fingers Introduces a Fresh Lifestyle Concept

Another entirely new concept making its debut at NoMad Hilton Singapore will be Sticky Fingers.

Positioned overlooking Orchard Road, the venue has been designed to evolve naturally between daytime and evening service.

During daylight hours, guests will be offered gourmet soft-serve creations prepared in-house, blending nostalgic flavours with contemporary presentation and subtle adult influences.

As evening arrives, the venue will transform into an intimate cocktail destination where desserts and beverages intersect through imaginative flavour combinations and carefully crafted pairings.

Local ingredients will play an important role throughout the changing menu, ensuring that the concept remains closely connected with Singapore’s diverse culinary culture.

The Tropicana Club Celebrates Cabaret Heritage

The Tropicana Club has been inspired by two legendary entertainment venues that helped shape international nightlife history.

Creative inspiration has been drawn from Havana’s famous Tropicana Club, established in 1939, together with Singapore’s pioneering Tropicana Club, which opened in 1953.

Through NoMad’s contemporary interpretation, both historical influences have been combined into a vibrant cocktail destination centred around classic mixology.

Traditional Martinis, Daiquiris, Manhattans and Cuban cocktails will form the foundation of an extensive beverage programme enhanced through regional ingredients and Southeast Asian influences.

Live musical performances, curated DJ sessions and NoMad’s signature hospitality style will contribute to a lively atmosphere designed to encourage conversation, celebration and social connection from afternoon into late evening.

Lú Bar Creates a Peaceful Rooftop Escape

In contrast to the hotel’s energetic social venues, Lú Bar has been developed as a more tranquil retreat.

Located beside the pool, the lounge has been designed around lush landscaping, comfortable furnishings and carefully integrated artistic elements celebrating the symbolism of the Heron.

Guests will be able to enjoy aperitivo cocktails and refreshing beverages while relaxing within a peaceful environment overlooking the city.

The space has been planned to complement the broader hospitality experience by offering moments of quiet relaxation between dining, sightseeing and social activities.

Hospitality Designed Around Singapore’s Lifestyle

Throughout the property, NoMad’s international hospitality philosophy has been carefully adapted to complement Singapore’s contemporary urban culture.

Rather than simply importing an existing concept, each venue has been developed with its own identity while remaining connected through a consistent emphasis on warmth, generosity and personalised service.

The overall objective has been to create destinations that attract both international travellers and local residents.

By combining global influences with local inspiration, NoMad Hilton Singapore aims to contribute meaningfully to the city’s already celebrated food and beverage landscape while introducing fresh experiences that remain authentically connected to Singapore.

International Culinary Leadership Shapes the Experience

The development of NoMad Hilton Singapore has been supported by several internationally respected hospitality professionals.

Leo Robitschek, Global Head of Bars and Hospitality Development at Sydell, continues leading NoMad’s internationally acclaimed cocktail programme.

His achievements have included recognition through the James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program together with inclusion on the World’s 50 Best Bars list.

The property’s culinary vision will also be guided by Josh Harnden, recently appointed as Global Culinary Director at NoMad.

With more than two decades of experience across Michelin-starred restaurants and internationally recognised hospitality organisations, Harnden will oversee the ongoing development of NoMad’s global culinary identity while playing a central role in shaping the Singapore property’s food and beverage programme.

His professional journey has included leadership positions at Eleven Madison Park, One White Street, The Noortwyck and earlier experience within the original NoMad NYC kitchen.

World-Class Culinary Expertise Arrives in Singapore

Supporting the hotel’s culinary direction will be Lorenz Hoja, appointed as Director of Culinary for NoMad Singapore.

His international career has been built across acclaimed kitchens located in England, France, Austria, the Maldives and Singapore.

More than ten years were spent working alongside renowned chef Joël Robuchon, including leadership responsibilities at Singapore’s two-Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.

As Culinary Director, responsibility has been assigned for delivering exceptional ingredient quality, thoughtful cooking and memorable dining experiences throughout the property.

Experienced Leadership Guides the Opening

Operational leadership for NoMad Singapore has been entrusted to Bernardo de la Garza, who has been appointed General Manager.

More than eighteen years of international hospitality experience have been accumulated through senior leadership positions with Six Senses, Hyatt Hotels and Accor.

Most recently, Bernardo served as General Manager at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon.

His extensive expertise across luxury and lifestyle hospitality is expected to play an important role as NoMad prepares to establish its Singapore property as the brand’s flagship destination within Asia.

The opening of NoMad Hilton Singapore therefore represents far more than the launch of another luxury hotel. It marks NoMad’s first step into the Asia Pacific region while introducing an innovative hospitality concept that blends New York sophistication, Singapore’s vibrant culinary culture and internationally recognised service standards into one of the city’s most anticipated hotel openings of late 2026.
