Rajasthan Tourism Minister declared that the third edition of Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) will be held on July 14-16 this year. Tourism Minister Vishvendra Singh made the declaration at a meeting with a delegation of Federation of Hospitality and Tourism (FHTR).
The minister stated that the last edition of RDTM was a huge success and that the future edition will be much greater.
Apurv Kumar, president of the FHTR, headed the group, which requested the minister to issue the Rajasthan Tourism Unit Policy 2023 as soon as possible. The minister stated that the policy was in the works and will be announced soon.
The delegation had Rajasthan Association of Tour Operators (RATO) chief patron Bhim Singh, Indian Heritage Hotels Association president Randhir Vikram Singh, Hotel and Restaurant Association of Rajasthan president Kuldip Singh Chandela, FHTR vice-president Khalid Khan, FHTR secretary Mohan Singh, and RATO president Mahendra Singh Rathore.
Last year, the Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM) was held in Jaipur from July 22, 2022 to July 24. The RDTM showcased tourism stakeholders from the state offering a wide range of products encompassing: heritage, adventure, wildlife, wellness, leisure, eco-rural, M.I.C.E., pilgrimage, golf tourism, wedding and other auxiliary segments.
The objective of the Domestic Travel Mart is to provide a platform to the best tourism products across Rajasthan under one roof.
