The latest addition to the Marriott Bonvoy’s extensive lineup, AC Hotels by Marriott, has debuted its newest establishment in Naples, Florida, marking a significant arrival on the southwest coast.

Unveiling its doors to guests on December 15, AC Hotel Naples 5th Avenue stands tall with its three-story structure housing 150 contemporary guest rooms, an inviting lobby, a ground-floor café, 2,500 square feet of event space, a well-equipped fitness center, an outdoor rooftop pool, and Limón, a signature rooftop restaurant and bar offering indoor and outdoor seating.

The hotel’s design seamlessly blends European sophistication with the essence of Southwest Florida, employing local artwork that echoes the area’s identity. Inspired by the region’s natural beauty, including the majestic bald cypress tree and lush greenery, the ambiance exudes a serene atmosphere within an airy setting. Thoughtful details throughout the guest rooms and public spaces ensure a refined and effortless experience for visitors.

Matthew Boettcher, Vice President and Global Brand Leader for Distinctive Select Brands, highlighted, “AC Naples epitomizes the design-centric guest experience that defines the AC Hotels by Marriott brand, offering guests precisely what they need for a modern stay experience on Florida’s southwest coast.”

The hotel caters to discerning travelers, focusing on meticulous details from commissioned artworks to premium amenities and seamlessly integrated technology.

Public spaces showcase a diverse array of local and regional artists, each interpreting forms, colors, and materials inspired by Florida’s landscape. Art pieces by LouAnn Wukitsch, Kari LaOrden, Steph Gimson, Lynda Fay Braun, Bonnie Keane, Brigitte Balbinot, and Karen Hain, who used sand collected from Naples Beach in her creation, are among the noteworthy installations. Wooden sculptures and Carolina Sardi’s steel “Lemon” sculptures add a touch of nature and pay homage to the Amalfi coast, complementing the vibe of the Limón Rooftop Bar.

Limón, situated on the third-story rooftop, offers a Mediterranean-inspired menu with a contemporary twist, accompanied by a vibrant bar scene featuring cocktails like Limón Cadere, Crown of Laurels, and Melon Basil Sparkler, all served against a backdrop of city views.

AC Hotel Naples was developed and is managed by OTO Development, in collaboration with MHK Architecture & Planning, DLR Group, DeAngelis Diamond, and Kevin Barry Art Advisory.

Part of the Naples Square mixed-use development by Wheelock Street Capital and The Ronto Group, AC Hotel Naples stands at a prominent corner, surrounded by upscale dining, retail, and entertainment options. Its strategic location near Gulfshore Playhouse, Tin City, Bayfront, Baker Park, and Naples’ pristine beaches makes it an ideal destination.

For those seeking a stay at AC Hotel Naples 5th Avenue, the address is 455 12th Street South, Naples, Florida.
