Adagio sets to expand its business this year

Adagio is expanding this year by opening 11 new properties in Europe and the Ivory Coast. Adagio recently changed its look to be more modern and exciting. The company has been doing well and is a leader in the serviced apartment industry. They plan to introduce a new co-living concept and a new three-star concept called Adagio Access.

In the first quarter of the year, Adagio will open four properties in Belgium and France. In Belgium, Adagio Original Antwerp City Centre will have 100 studios, and Adagio Original Gent – Centrum Dampoort will have 98 apartments and studios. In France, Adagio Access Montpellier Centre Comédie will offer 39 apartments, and Adagio Access Lyon, Comfort Suites Rive Gauche will have 78 studios and apartments.

In the second and third quarters, two more properties will open in France, and one will open in the Ivory Coast. Adagio Original Toulouse – La Grave will have 114 two-bedroom flats and studios, and Adagio Original Boulogne – Billiancourt will have 101 apartments. Adagio Original Abidjan Marcory in the Ivory Coast will have 100 rooms.

Between November and December, four more hotels are planned across Italy, France, the UK, and Germany. Adagio Access Rome Colombo will have 106 studios and flats and a common area for working and meeting. Adagio Access Rouen – Centre in France will have 75 studios. Adagio Original London Whitechapel in the UK will have 147 studios and flats, including co-living flats for larger groups. Adagio Original Heidelberg in Germany will have 162 studios and flats with a smart house concept designed by INNOCAD Architecture.
