AerCap Joins Forces with IATP for Aviation Excellence

AerCap joins the International Airlines Technical Pool as Associate Member, enhancing global airline resource sharing for cost savings and safety.

AerCap Holdings N.V. is proud to announce its new status as an Associate Member of the International Airlines Technical Pool (IATP). This membership signifies AerCap’s participation in a global network of airlines and service providers dedicated to sharing technical resources. This collaborative effort aims to achieve cost savings, enhance operational reliability, and ensure safety in dispatch processes.

The official induction of AerCap into the IATP took place during the 129th IATP Conference, which was held in Guangzhou, China. This event saw the attendance of over 400 international delegates, including representatives from member airlines and service organizations. These participants came together to negotiate and agree upon the terms for sharing resources such as spare parts, aircraft recovery tools, and line maintenance services.
