Air Canada Recognized as Montreal’s Top Employer for 12th Year Running

Air Canada has been named one of Montreal’s top employers for the twelfth consecutive year in the 2025 edition of the Montréal’s Top Employers Awards. This accolade underscores the airline’s dedication to its workforce and its commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace.

Located at its Montreal headquarters, Air Canada employs over 10,000 people and operates more than 1,100 weekly flights from its global hub at Montreal-Trudeau. The airline connects Montreal to over 110 destinations both domestically and internationally, significantly contributing to the city’s economic vitality. As Canada’s largest private sector bilingual company, Air Canada plays a pivotal role in promoting bilingualism across the nation.
