Air India Express has introduced daily flights connecting Kolkata to Port Blair, marking a significant step in expanding its regional network. The service commenced with much fanfare on Sunday, promising enhanced travel options for passengers.

The launch was celebrated at Kolkata Airport with a festive atmosphere. The event featured specially decorated check-in counters, distribution of sweets, and ceremonial boarding passes presented to passengers on the inaugural flight.

Air India Express, a key subsidiary of Air India under the Tata Group, operates a robust network with over 400 flights daily. The airline connects 36 domestic and 15 international destinations using its fleet of 90 modern aircraft. This new route strengthens its commitment to offering convenient and efficient travel options to passengers across the country.
