Air India selects TAM Group as the new GSA

India’s principal global airline, Air India, has selected TAM Group as its General Sales Agent in Hong Kong. TAM Group, an important passenger and freighter services provider, will work as a well-respected partner to Air India in helping reservations & ticketing, marketing, and giving complete support on cargo sales on behalf of the airline.

The selection of TAM Group will assist in furthering extended presence of Air India in Hong Kong, while helping the ongoing global expansion of the airlines.

The Founder and Chairman of TAM Group, Dr. Wing Kun Tam, said that they are privileged that TAM Group has been designated as Air India’s GSA. As the selected partner, they are committed to leveraging the extensive network of Air India, their industry knowhow, and customer-centric tactics to encourage the offerings of Air India and develop its reach in the market of Hong Kong.
