airBaltic elevates team: 90 cabin crew positions now open for recruitment

The Latvian national airline, airBaltic, has announced the availability of 90 open positions for cabin crew, with 70 based in Riga and 20 in Tallinn. Those interested are encouraged to participate in online recruitment days for cabin crew, held every Tuesday and Thursday at 13:00 (Riga time). These sessions provide an opportunity to interact with experienced airBaltic flight attendants and gain insights into their daily responsibilities.

Furthermore, airBaltic is currently seeking to fill 17 open vacancies, aiming to attract over 194 new talents. Prominent positions include Aircraft Certifying Technician, DWH Developer, and Enterprise Risk Manager.

Alīna Aronberga, Senior Vice President Human Resources at airBaltic, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion plans and fleet growth, announcing the recruitment of 90 motivated cabin crew members. Prospective candidates are encouraged to apply for a chance to embark on an exciting and intense 8-week training program to become part of the cabin crew team.

Aronberga extended the invitation to individuals from diverse industries to apply for the 17 other open positions, emphasizing the opportunity to explore a career path with the leading airline in the Baltics.

In 2023, airBaltic successfully hired 684 employees, bringing the overall team count to 2,500 professionals. The airline posted 177 vacancies, receiving over 24,254 applications and conducting 2,899 job interviews. Notably, 20 graduates from the airBaltic Pilot Academy joined as First Officers in 2023.

Currently employing over 2,500 professionals, airBaltic remains actively engaged in recruiting for various positions. The airline has consistently earned recognition as a Top Employer in both nationwide and global surveys for several years.

Operating more than 100 routes from Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, and Tampere, airBaltic provides connections to a diverse array of destinations in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Caucasus region.
