In light of recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), airBaltic, the Latvian airline, has made notable strides in harnessing AI to enhance its operational efficiency. The company is rapidly expanding its utilization of AI technologies and is currently implementing AI-driven solutions across various facets of its business, including legal, safety and compliance, internal manual management, and more.

At present, airBaltic is employing a combination of internally developed AI solutions and those provided by external partners. Among the most frequently utilized internal tools are several question-and-answer-based applications designed to streamline employee onboarding, facilitate quick access to company information, and assist in navigating the airline’s flight operations manuals.

Moreover, airBaltic has forged partnerships with companies such as KPMG in Latvia to enhance company-wide agreement management and collaborated with PROS on AI-powered solutions to optimize ancillary product pricing based on passenger demand and preferences.

Operating more than 100 routes originating from Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, and Tampere, airBaltic provides connections to a diverse array of destinations across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Caucasus region.
