Airlink Expands Flight Frequencies to Hoedspruit and Bulawayo Starting Late March

Airlink is set to enhance connectivity to Hoedspruit (HDS) and Bulawayo (BUQ) with an increase in flight frequencies, providing passengers with more travel options starting later this month.

Effective March 30, the airline will upgrade its Johannesburg-Hoedspruit (JNB-HDS) route to three daily flights, while the Cape Town-Hoedspruit (CPT-HDS) service will operate twice daily, boosting accessibility to this sought-after destination. Currently, Airlink operates two daily flights from Johannesburg and a single daily service from Cape Town to Hoedspruit.

Additionally, from March 31, Airlink will add six extra weekly return flights between Johannesburg (JNB) and Bulawayo (BUQ), increasing the total number of return flights on this route to 19 per week from the current 13.

Updated Flight Schedule for JNB-BUQ Route:

• Monday to Friday: Flight 4Z 112 departs Johannesburg at 07:15, arriving in Bulawayo at 08:30.
  • Return flight 4Z 113 leaves Bulawayo at 09:15, landing in Johannesburg at 10:45.
• Saturday: Flight 4Z 114 departs Johannesburg at 14:20, reaching Bulawayo at 15:35.
  • Return flight 4Z 115 departs Bulawayo at 16:10, arriving in Johannesburg at 17:40.

These frequency enhancements underscore Airlink’s commitment to improving regional connectivity and catering to the growing demand for travel between South Africa, Zimbabwe, and popular wildlife destinations.
