Alton Towers Resort in England closed its spa as a popular attraction

A sad day for tourists took place on New Year’s Day 2023 as the Alton Towers Resort closed down its spa.  

The resort area called Alton Towers Resort is situated in Staffordshire, England, not far from the village of Alton.

One of the spokespersons said that it was a difficult decision, but had they not closed it, it would have affected future plans for the company. 

The employees have been affected due to this decision. However, the company has decided to reassign the members of staff elsewhere within the resort. 

A spokesperson from the Alton Towers Resort told the media that they have decided to close the spa on-site after taking into consideration a lot of logistical aspects.

This came as a tough decision on the owner’s part, but it was essentially important to foster growth and development relating to the resort.  

Recently, a review of the spa services at Alton Towers Resort was shared by a visitor named Mitch. He went on to social media and said that it had been a fantastic day and that the facilities were incredibly brilliant. It is vital to note that Mitch was thoroughly impressed by the skillfulness of Sarah and Lucy, who massaged his partner. 

There were people who went to the spa’s 50th birthday. They were absolutely thrilled and impressed by the clean treatment rendered by the service. 

Due to this sudden decision, the owner of Alton Towers Resort told the media that people were shocked to hear this news. Even the ones who had made bookings for the year 2024. They need not worry anymore, as they will be refunded, or if not then they will be provided with alternate options.
