Amadeus has inked a contract with Vietnam Airlines to benefit from its improved technology of passenger service system (PSS). This agreement banks on a prevailing distribution association concerning the two organizations and will lead to the airline renovating its digital solutions. The contract supports Vietnam Airlines’ long-standing tactical aims to advance functional competence and turn into a digital airline by 2025.
After the signing, the Vietnamese flag-carrier will organize the Amadeus Altéa PSS solution preparing it
with progressive travel technology. Vietnam Airlines will unite with a community of more than 200 airlines
making use of Amadeus PSS technology internationally, confidently shaping its procedures and experiences of passengers.
Moreover, the carrier will organize Altéa NDC, assisting it to dole out rich content and fares via NDC
