Ampaire Inc. acquires Magpie Aviation for accelerating the future of electric Aviation

Ampaire Inc., a prominent player in hybrid electric aircraft systems worldwide, has revealed its latest move with the acquisition of Magpie Aviation Inc., renowned for pioneering electric aviation technologies.

This strategic transaction marks another milestone in Ampaire’s journey towards sustained profitability, bolstering its technological prowess and expanding its clientele. Incorporating Magpie’s innovative technology enhances Ampaire’s position as a frontrunner in the electrification of aviation, presenting distinctive solutions to its discerning clientele. Additionally, this acquisition amplifies Ampaire’s intellectual property and contract portfolio, with Magpie’s array of pending patents and government contracts contributing to its strategic growth.

Ampaire’s systems have amassed an impressive flight record, surpassing 25,000 miles of hybrid electric flight time, setting a new standard in the industry. Moreover, the acquisition stands to enrich Ampaire’s intellectual property and contract portfolio, leveraging Magpie’s numerous pending patents and government contracts.
