Antwerp Convention Bureau unveils global offerings at IBTM 2023

The Antwerp Convention Bureau is set to officially unveil its proactive international offerings at IBTM 2023, stationed at booth F54. The bureau will showcase Antwerp’s extensive portfolio of world-class event venues, distinctive cultural experiences, and top-tier services tailored for the global conference and event planning community.

Following a year of remarkable success in establishing the organization and cultivating relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and potential clients, the Antwerp Convention Bureau will leverage IBTM as a launchpad for its international endeavors. In the past year, the bureau has played a pivotal role in generating significant new conference and event business for the city. Over the next three years, more than 20 large events (500 persons+) are expected to bring over 21,000 visitors to Antwerp.

Looking ahead, the Antwerp Convention Bureau aims to position Antwerp as a premier international destination for conventions, meetings, and events, emphasizing the city’s unique blend of intimacy and world-class event infrastructure. In addition to proactive marketing efforts, the bureau’s team will offer comprehensive support to association and corporate organizers throughout the entire lifecycle of their events in the Belgian city.

As part of its presence at IBTM 2023, the Antwerp Convention Bureau will host an exclusive presentation for press and buyers on Wednesday, November 29th, at 09:30 at booth F54. The presentation will unveil the bureau’s new brand and highlight the outstanding features that make Antwerp an ideal choice for conference and event planners.
