Arajet Unveils Exciting Direct Flights from Rosario to Punta Cana Unlocking Adventures in Miami, New York, Lima, Cancún, and More

Arajet, the Dominican Republic’s leading airline, has unveiled plans to inaugurate a new direct flight route connecting Rosario (ROS), Argentina, with Punta Cana (PUJ), Dominican Republic. Scheduled to commence operations on June 16, 2026, the service will operate three times a week, marking a significant step in expanding international air connectivity from Argentina to the Caribbean.

The new Rosario-Punta Cana route reinforces Arajet’s growing presence in South America and further strengthens its already extensive network spanning more than 28 destinations across 15 countries. Rosario will now become the third Argentine city served by Arajet with direct international flights, alongside Buenos Aires and Córdoba, reflecting the airline’s commitment to broadening access to the Dominican Republic and beyond.

“From Rosario, passengers will be able to connect to more than 13 destinations across our extensive
network, including Miami, Orlando, New York, Lima, Cancún, Kingston, among others,” said Mercedes
Martínez
, Vice President of Corporate Alliances at the airline.

Meanwhile, Alejandra Mattheus, Secretary of Sports and Tourism of the City of Rosario, stated: “With
this announcement, Rosario gains efficient and accessible international connectivity. We are bringing
Rosarinos closer to the heart of the Americas, while also opening our city for visitors to come, discover
it, and enjoy the beauty of the Paraná River.”

Referring to the launch offer, Martínez added: “We continue to deliver on our promise of competitive
fares, punctuality, and a simple and friendly experience. To celebrate this new destination, we are
launching a promotion of up to 25% off the base fare using the code ‘Vamos ROS’.”

In celebration of the launch, Arajet has unveiled a special promotional fare. Passengers booking their flights between December 18 and December 26, 2025, can enjoy discounts of up to 25% on base fares by using the promotional code ‘Vamos ROS’. Tickets purchased under this promotion are valid for travel between June 16, 2026, and March 21, 2027, providing travelers with ample flexibility for summer vacations or early 2027 travel plans.
