Arch Amenities debuts Privai Spa at Miami’s Kimpton EPIC Hotel

Arch Amenities Group launches innovative Privai Spa + Fitness at Miami’s Kimpton EPIC Hotel, featuring advanced wellness and cutting-edge spa treatments.

Today marks the debut of Arch Amenities Group’s inaugural Privai Spa + Fitness Center within a hotel setting, specifically located at the opulent Kimpton EPIC Hotel in Miami, which boasts 411 rooms. This 13,000-square-foot, recently remodeled venue features a 5,000-square-foot area dedicated to fitness and wellness, complete with a diverse array of cutting-edge, healing spa treatments, Technogym exercise equipment, a variety of group and individual classes, a Wellness Lounge, and programs crafted to provide exceptional experiences and distinct products for overall well-being.

Privai, Arch’s exclusive skincare and body care brand, was founded in 2006, aiming to seamlessly blend spa and wellness experiences. This new spa and fitness area embodies the brand’s comprehensive approach to health and offers customized experiences, integrating both product and treatment methods.

Charlotte Prescott, the director of Privai Spa + Fitness Center, highlights the significance of touchless technology in the center’s unique character. The Wellness Lounge presently showcases Somadome technology-enhanced meditation pods, which utilize color light therapy and “energy medicine” from magnets and crystal strips. These pods also feature sound therapy to enhance awareness.

Prescott expressed plans to periodically introduce new technological therapies in the Wellness Lounge, approximately every six months. Another notable technology at the spa is the PureWave Technologies VEMI, merging vibration and electromagnetic therapy with infrared heat and sound for a comprehensive approach to rejuvenation, relaxation, and energy renewal.

Prescott also mentioned that they incorporate technology and touchless experiences to enhance wellness benefits, such as high-dose sauna blankets that can complement massage treatments. Overall, the Privai Spa + Fitness center presents a fusion of modern services and age-old therapies.

The center offers waxing and other signature Privai body treatments, including restorative sleep rituals, detox treatments, and essential balance. Facial treatments range from Glo2Facial by Geneo, Dr. Babor Prescription Facial, Powered by Green Science Facial to Privai Bespoke Facial.

The fitness center is equipped with Technogym machinery, including the Excite Live Run treadmill, Selectorized strength machines, and free weights. The offered classes span from high-intensity interval training, cardiovascular and strength training to meditation and movement, yoga, sound bath meditation, dance, group Reiki, and Yogalates, combining yoga and Pilates.

Massage options include relaxation and therapeutic techniques like Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and Cryo Pain Reliever with CBD. The center also specializes in traditional Eastern therapies such as reflexology, reiki, and cupping, as well as healing-energy treatments like acupressure ear seeding and aura cleansing.

A distinctive feature in Miami is Privai Spa’s co-ed communal sauna, alongside separate men’s and women’s facilities, as mentioned by Prescott. An optional concurrent infrared sauna experience in the sauna’s salt chambers is also available.

Privai Spa + Fitness Center collaborates with The Biostation, a prominent hospitality medical wellness provider led by Dr. Martin G. Bloom. The Biostation focuses on restoring health from within, offering tailored treatment protocols, doctor-designed nutrient infusions, medical weight-loss programs, and high-quality supplements aimed at optimal health and age-related symptom prevention. Their aesthetic services provide advanced solutions for preventing and reducing signs of aging and enhancing natural beauty.

The center offers memberships to EPIC Residences Condo Towers’ residents and locals. Membership perks include unlimited group exercise classes, access to locker rooms and spa facilities, two monthly guest passes, weekday hotel pool access (excluding holidays), and access to e-mindful and exclusive sales and events.

Members also enjoy discounts on spa services, spa boutique purchases, poolside food service, dinner at the hotel’s Area 31 restaurant, hotel stays, and reduced parking rates. New members receive a fitness assessment via In Body, a Privai wellness oils gift box, one touchless technology spa treatment, and a $100 credit towards Medi Spa services upon joining.
