On December 6, Alfred Kocharyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia, received a high-ranking delegation led by Anoushirvan Mohseni-Bandpey, the Deputy Minister of Tourism at Iran’s Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts.
