At Global Exhibition on Services 2018, Maharashtra partakes as a host state

Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation or MTDC took part in the Global Exhibition on Services that started from May 15th to 18th to emphasize the potential of Maharashtra tourism related to agri tourism, medical tourism, Buddhist tourism etc. to draw visitors all over the world.

 
The 4th edition of the Global Exhibition on Services (GES) targets to grow the trade services between India and other countries of the world.

 
Maharashtra organized the Global Exhibition on Services 2018. On the occasion of World Agri-Tourism Day, MTDC is endorsing agri-tourism, as the state has immense possibilities and farmers can include agri-tourism, with regular farming to enhance their income level.
This will help the visitors to appreciate all activities in terms of farming and the kind of crops that are grown in Maharashtra. This will actually bridge the gap and link the tourists from urban India with the population of rural India.

 
Besides, MTDC is also endorsing medical tourism and Buddhist tourism to make the most of the new avenues of tourist attraction.
