In an exciting milestone, the 10th Athens International Tourism & Culture Expo is set to take place from December 6 to 8, 2023. This annual event has evolved into a crucial meeting point for global tourism professionals, fostering successful collaborations in the realm of inbound tourism. It is said to include 10,000 attendees.

With a track record of nine years of continuous organization, the expo stands out as a premier platform where leading exhibitors from diverse tourism sectors engage in impactful B2B meetings with carefully selected Hosted Buyers from over 40 countries.

This year’s edition, running from December 6 to 8, promises a unique opportunity for exhibitors and hosted buyers to forge new and profitable trade deals. The dedicated B2B meetings, scheduled for December 7 and 8, will be the focal point for these pivotal discussions.

The expo places special emphasis on key areas such as Online Tourism, Culture Tourism, Gastronomy, and Alternative Tourism, reflecting the evolving landscape of the tourism industry. A testament to the success of B2B meetings lies in the meticulous selection criteria for Hosted Buyers. The selection considers factors like budget allocation for Greece, potential for expanding activities, and optimal matching with exhibitors. The result is a maximized effectiveness of B2B interactions and the achievement of new international partnerships.

In 2023, the organizers plan to host 150 Hosted Buyers from 40 countries, representing leading agencies in the Leisure, Luxury, MICE & Business travel, and Alternative tourism sectors. Participants can expect attendees from Europe, selected Balkan countries, Turkey, the Middle
East, USA, Canada, and Australia.

Building on the triumph of the 9th Athens International Tourism & Culture Expo in 2022, where over 100 leading international Hosted Buyers engaged in more than 3,300 successful B2B meetings, the 10th edition is poised for even greater success.

The expo has consistently proven to be a vital platform for forging international trade agreements in incoming tourism. It attracts exhibitors, companies, and regions showcasing their tourism products and services, providing Hosted Buyers with an extensive and enriching
experience.

The event has gained acclaim as the largest and most successful international tourism exhibition in Athens and Greece. Attendees can anticipate high-level services and meals promoting Greek Gastronomy, courtesy of sponsor IEK DELTA.
