AxisRooms technology fuels Bloom Hotels’ 60% revenue surge in 2023

In a significant development for India’s hospitality sector, Bloom Hotels has experienced a remarkable 60% increase in revenue for the year 2023, all thanks to the cutting-edge technology provided by AxisRooms. The hotel distribution technology provider reported that Bloom Hotels achieved this outstanding growth through a 50% boost in online sales facilitated by the AxisRooms Channel Manager solution.

With 47 properties strategically located across India, Bloom Hotels has been dedicated to offering top-notch service to both leisure and business travelers. The pivotal moment for Bloom Hotels came in 2017 when they decided to integrate AxisRooms into their operations. The decision proved to be a game-changer as it addressed critical challenges faced by the hotel management.

Before adopting AxisRooms, Bloom Hotels struggled with updating rates and availability on online travel agencies (OTAs), leading to inconsistencies in their offerings. Additionally, the absence of a Revenue Management System made it challenging to sell rooms at optimal rates.
