Azul S.A. releases unaudited financial statements for 2023 fiscal year

Azul S.A., commonly referred to as “Azul,” the largest airline in Brazil by departures and cities served, has released its unaudited financial statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, along with the related earnings release. The audited financial statements and independent auditor’s report for the same period will not be released by the prescribed deadline as the auditors’ review is still ongoing. Azul is sharing these financial statements to keep the market and stakeholders informed about its financial situation. The filing date for the audited financial statements will be updated once the review is complete. Azul does not anticipate any adjustments to the disclosed information, but if necessary, the Company will provide updates.

An earnings call to discuss these results will be held today at 11 am EDT / 12 pm BRT. The approval of the financial statements, management accounts, allocation of results, and annual overall compensation of the management will be discussed at an Annual Shareholders Meeting, the date of which will be announced upon the release of the auditors’ report.
