Situated in the historic heart of Johor Bahru, the development is conveniently located near the Johor Bahru Customs, Immigrations, and Quarantine Centre. The 200 spacious guest rooms at Hyatt Place Johor Bahru City Centre are thoughtfully designed to cater to guest needs, featuring dedicated spaces for work, sleep, and relaxation. Each room includes a cozy Cozy Corner sectional sleeper sofa, a large desk, a mini fridge, and more. Guests can start their day at The Breakfast Bar or enjoy a bite or drink at the casual lobby bar and restaurant, which offers a carefully curated menu. The Market at the hotel provides a variety of grab-and-go items, available 24/7. Guests can also take advantage of the Necessities program, offering a wide array of essential items. Additionally, the hotel offers ample space for work in guest rooms, a 24/7 business center, and flexible meeting spaces, as well as relaxation options at the 24/7 fitness center and swimming pool.

The development provides unique leasing opportunities, including a wide range of retail stores, restaurants, cafes, and recreational facilities. With its modern design, convenient location, and curated tenant mix, Quayside JBCC is expected to attract both local residents and tourists seeking a unique and engaging experience.
