The introduction of these flights has been timed ahead of the main annual travel period. The first services will begin on 11 February 2027, followed by additional departures in the days after. Tourists making early-season plans will therefore have better access to both Egyptian resorts.

• Glasgow Airport will handle weekly Thursday flights from 11 February 2027.

• London Stansted Airport will operate two weekly flights, on Monday and Friday from 12 February 2027. This link will also be exclusive.

Sharm-El-Sheikh Flight Programme

Sharm-El-Sheikh will also gain a balanced timetable:

• East Midlands Airport will provide weekly Friday flights from 12 February 2027.
• Edinburgh Airport will receive weekly Tuesday flights from 16 February 2027. This route will be exclusive.
• Birmingham Airport will offer two weekly flights, operating on Monday and Friday from 12 February 2027.
• Leeds Bradford Airport will operate weekly Saturday flights from 13 February 2027. This route will remain exclusive.
• Manchester Airport will handle two weekly flights, scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday from 13 February 2027.
• London Stansted Airport will support two weekly flights, departing on Thursday and Sunday from 11 February 2027.

With these additions, tourists will be able to reach Sharm-El-Sheikh more easily, using departure points located across the UK.
