Bullseye Event Group has revealed the gastronomic roster for The Players Tailgate, an exclusive gathering curated by Bobby Flay in commemoration of its 10th anniversary. Situated at 4223 South Las Vegas Boulevard, adjacent to the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, the venue provides a convenient proximity to Allegiant Stadium, the hosting site for Super Bowl LVIII on February 11, 2024. Event doors swing open at 11:00 a.m. PST, and tickets for The Players Tailgate are available for purchase through the provided link for those eager to attend.

The 2024 Players Tailgate menu, curated by 19 culinary luminaries, including James Beard Award winners, Michelin star chefs, and Food Network champions in collaboration with Bullseye Event Group Culinary Director Aaron May, features a diverse array of dishes:

• Bobby Flay presents Bay Scallops Sophie with Tangerine, Espelette Hot Sauce, and Crunchy Garlic.
• Aaron May offers the Sonoran Hot Dog – a Vienna Hot Dog wrapped in Bacon on a Bolillo Style Hot Dog Bun, accompanied by Pinto Beans, Onions, Tomatoes, Mayonnaise, and Jalapeño Salsa.
• Marc Murphy brings his World Famous Porchetta Sandwich with Italian Salsa Verde.
• Michael Symon serves up a Cleveland Style Pulled Pork Sandwich with Sauerkraut, “Cleveland Caviar,” and Mustard BBQ.
• Stephanie Izard showcases Chili Crisp Grilled Chicken Wings, while Ilan Hall presents Grilled Arayes with Buffalo Tahini.
• Maneet Chauhan crafts Pork Vindaloo Keema with Mango Koochumbar, and Damaris Phillips offers Bourbon BBQ Meat District Sloppy Joes.
• Kelsey Murphy introduces the #TailgateTaco Nacho Bar – It’s Not a Taco Without Ortega – featuring a Full Array of Sauces.
• Kate Williams presents Detroit Coney Sausage Gravy and Sea Salt Pancake.

For the third consecutive year, The Players Tailgate has joined forces with Food Recovery Network to salvage surplus food on game day and distribute it to those in need. Over the three-year collaboration, almost 20,000 pounds of food have been contributed to local food banks following Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles, CA, and Super Bowl LVII in Glendale, AZ.

Alongside The Players Tailgate, Bullseye Event Group’s Travel Packages for Super Bowl 58 provide fans with the opportunity to mark this prestigious event off their bucket list, all without managing the logistics.
