In a strategic move, after half a decade of meticulous planning, the Cambria by Choice hotel is preparing for its grand unveiling in Niagara Falls by late March. This timing is not coincidental but a deliberate attempt to capitalize on the expected surge in travel demand triggered by the eclipse, showcasing the hotel’s eagerness to cater to a significant event.

Situated at the prestigious 311 Rainbow Blvd., this 120-room establishment is heralding a new era in the region’s hospitality sector, being the first of its kind to open its doors since 2018. Currently, future guests can glimpse what awaits them as the hotel makes its appearance on the Choice Hotels website, indicating a May 1 initiation for booking accommodations.

However, the commencement of reservations hinges on the completion of its sophisticated digital technology systems. Despite the potential for a last-minute rush to get these systems online, the anticipation surrounding the hotel’s launch suggests that attracting patrons will hardly be an issue.

Frank Strangio, the visionary developer behind this ambitious project, confidently anticipates a full booking upon opening. His optimism is rooted in the hotel’s strategic positioning and the unique travel opportunities presented by the eclipse, positioning the Cambria by Choice as a prime destination for both event-driven and leisure travel in Niagara Falls. Strangio’s expectation of selling out reflects not just the anticipated demand but also the broader appeal of the hotel’s offerings and its significant addition to the local tourism landscape.
