Cebu Pacific, a prominent low-cost carrier in the Philippines, is set to enhance its domestic network by adding two new routes from Iloilo, as it aims to improve connectivity within the region. The airline has announced the resumption of flights to Tacloban and the introduction of a direct service to Zamboanga, expanding its footprint and offering more travel options to its passengers.
Starting October 27, Cebu Pacific will operate the Iloilo to Tacloban route four times weekly. This resumption is part of the airline’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the Visayas and provide more convenient travel options for both business and leisure travelers looking to explore the eastern part of the region.

By the end of November, Cebu Pacific aims to have 11 direct flights operating out of Iloilo, demonstrating its dedication to expanding its network and supporting the recovery of the local tourism industry post-pandemic. This expansion is also a strategic move to cater to the growing demand for travel in these areas, as more travelers seek new destinations and direct routes for their journeys.
