Tasting Menus at Braidwood Tavern and SIDECUT Steakhouse

Culinary enthusiasts have the unique opportunity to elevate their dining experiences with seasonal tasting menus, available during fall only. Braidwood Tavern, styled after the classic mountainside cabin, invites guests to indulge in an Oktoberfest-inspired menu from mid-September to mid-October, 2023. The team brings back traditional dishes such as the Leberkäse Meatloaf, Spätzle or Wiener Schnitzel – all available in a three-course menu for CAD 54.

Meanwhile, SIDECUT Steakhouse presents a delectable four-course tasting menu for dinner, available from mid-September 2023, Sunday through Thursday, for CAD 68. From the finest prime, hand-cut steaks to fresh seafood from the crisp Pacific waters, delight in the exquisite seasonal creations by Executive Chef Sajish Kumar.

Immerse in an Enriching Cultural Journey

Guests are invited to enrich their visit with cultural experiences that resonate with the local heritage, right across from Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler. The Resort offers complimentary guided tours to the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre on Thursdays and Sundays, providing insights into the traditions and stories of the Indigenous people of the area.

A Taste of Canada

The team is pleased to offer guests the opportunity to partake in a quintessential Canadian experience by creating their very own maple taffy, an experience available at the lower lobby every Friday. Participants can discover the art of pouring warm, pure Canadian maple syrup onto fresh snow/ice, resulting in a treat that perfectly encapsulates the flavours of the country.

Every afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, guests can savour the warmth of fall with complimentary apple cider. Perfectly capturing the essence of the abundant orchards of British Columbia, this beverage offers all the comforting flavours of the season.

As the Resort’s spa undergoes enhancements, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler introduces its new Pop-Up Spa at The Residences – an oasis for those seeking a fall relaxing escape. From the signature Sea to Sky massage to shellac manicures, there is a variety of treatments to choose from.
