Four Seasons

Throughout March, the Four Seasons Hotel in Silicon Valley is dedicating its [esc] lobby lounge to a month-long tribute to Women’s History Month, from March 2nd to the 24th. This special event will feature an exquisite afternoon tea, enriched by the culinary artistry of five female pastry chefs from various Four Seasons properties. This gathering aims to salute and recognize the remarkable accomplishments of women everywhere.

The exclusive Women’s Month Afternoon Tea at [esc] will be hosted every weekend, Saturdays and Sundays, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, with an admission of USD 70 per individual. Attendees will be treated to a curated menu of both savory and sweet delights, such as a lobster roll accented with turmeric oil and celery leaf, a mini quiche filled with spinach and caramelized onion, and a sumptuous hazelnut cake layered with milk chocolate cremieux and crowned with cinnamon mousse. Additionally, a new assortment of jams will be introduced, featuring quince lemon, fig jam, and lemon curd.

Adora Manalo, the General Manager of the hotel, expressed excitement about the celebration, highlighting it as an opportunity to honor women’s contributions and achievements. The event will not only present a special afternoon tea menu but also include spa treatments, a dinner hosted by a women-owned winery, and cocktail classes themed around women.

Each week, the [esc] lobby lounge will feature a pastry from a distinguished female pastry chef from another Four Seasons hotel, allowing guests to experience unique desserts that celebrate female creativity in the culinary realm.

For those looking to elevate their experience, the option to accompany their tea with a glass of Champagne or prosecco is available.

The entire month will also offer Chef’s Specials in regular sizes from Monday to Sunday, with each week highlighting a specific pastry chef’s creation:

Menu highlights include a variety of savory options such as Lobster Rolls, Profiteroles filled with Smoked Salmon Mousse, and more, alongside an array of sweet selections available throughout the month.

The celebration extends to a wine dinner on March 28, 2024, at Quattro restaurant in collaboration with Grgich Hills Estate, a female-owned winery, spotlighting Violet Grgich’s influence in the wine industry.

Additionally, Quattro Bar will offer a special cocktail class on March 15, 2024, focusing on iconic cocktails and mocktails, and the spa will feature special promotions throughout March to honor Women’s History Month, including unique gifts with selected services and purchases.
