Over 100 event planners and industry professionals gathered at Central Hall Westminster for the Westminster Venue Collection’s annual showcase, an evening that brought together the very best of London’s iconic venues. This year’s event featured an enchanting transformation of the venue’s newly re-developed ‘The Wesley Suite’, which was beautifully transformed into a winter wonderland, offering guests a unique opportunity to discover over 50 of the capital’s most prestigious event venues.
Westminster Venue Collection’s diverse portfolio includes an array of stunning venues, from luxury hotels to private members’ clubs, historic institutes, and iconic attractions. This curated selection of venues is designed to cater to both corporate and private events, providing event planners with a wide variety of options that highlight the versatility of London as an event destination.

As guests entered the re-imagined ‘The Wesley Suite’, they were greeted with a magical atmosphere that came to life thanks to Boo Productions. The room was decorated to evoke the spirit of winter, with a frosted twig entrance arch, a beautiful table centerpiece, cascading chandeliers, and a bespoke Arctic-themed stage. The stage featured a custom-made lectern inspired by frozen landscapes, accompanied by a scenic backdrop that added a distinctive touch to the event. A white winter sleigh photo opportunity added to the atmosphere, offering guests a chance to capture the magical moment.
The showcase allowed attendees to explore Westminster Venue Collection’s diverse range of member venues, each offering its own unique history, heritage, and versatility as an event space. Attendees also had the chance to network and connect with venue representatives, facilitating venue discovery and matchmaking to help planners with their event needs.

The event also highlighted Central Hall Westminster’s partnership with in-house catering partner Green & Fortune, which offered guests a delectable array of canapés and bowl food. The menu, set to launch in January 2025, featured sustainably sourced dishes, showcasing the culinary expertise of Green & Fortune. Signature dishes included Aged Corney side Beef tartare with egg yolk emulsion and Slow-cooked beef cheek, Peela pilau rice, both featuring beef sourced from Green & Fortune’s own farm. Other popular dishes included a Cauliflower salad with smoked Applewood panko and Avocado cream with blackened chalk stream trout. The delicious offerings made for a memorable culinary experience, aligning perfectly with the event’s winter theme.
To keep the guests engaged throughout the evening, the event featured entertainment provided by Clownfish Events. The interactive elements and games were carefully tailored to the winter wonderland theme, ensuring that attendees had fun while networking and exploring the venue offerings. Technical support from White Light, the in-house AV partner at Central Hall Westminster, ensured the smooth delivery of lighting, video, and audio, enhancing the ambiance of the event space.

As part of the festivities, exciting prizes were offered by members of the Westminster Venue Collection, including luxury afternoon tea experiences, an overnight stay at The Guardsman Hotel, and tickets to the Tate Britain exhibition. These prizes added an extra element of excitement, rewarding lucky attendees for their participation.
