Changi Airport Unveils Changi App and Year-Long Lucky Draw – Win Business Class Flights

Changi Airport Group (CAG) has introduced an enhanced mobile experience by giving the official airport mobile application, Changi App, a purposeful makeover. The Changi App, formerly known as iChangi, has been improved with a full suite of new and upgraded features built with the traveler in mind. It now elevates the promise of seamless and hassle-free travel.

The updated Changi App boasts new features such as personalized travel information based on saved flight itineraries. Passengers can now experience a tailored end-to-end service, ensuring an exceptionally smooth and stress-free journey through Changi Airport. This service includes suggestions for useful services and amenities, a travel checklist, advisories, and practical push notifications about the location of the boarding gate and the status of their luggage. The app can now be used to make reservations at participating eateries located at Changi Airport’s terminals and Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel).

The in-app Changi Pay wallet, which is now accepted at tens of millions of merchants throughout China, also allows for overseas payments. Whether or not they are traveling, visitors can pre-book tickets for a variety of airport events and attractions and use Changi Rewards loyalty points earned from purchases made in Jewel and across the terminals to exchange them for benefits and privileges.

Mr Damon Wong, Senior Vice President of Airport Operations Planning at CAG, said, “The new Changi App encompasses enhanced technology and in-house capabilities which give us the ability to offer our users innovative and revolutionary phy-gital experiences in this fast-evolving travel and retail landscape.”

Every month, CAG will give away four business class tickets (worth up to S$80,000) to one lucky participant. Travelers with flight itineraries starting from November 11 onwards can begin saving their flights on the Changi App immediately and confirm their participation before departure. By doing so, they become eligible for ‘The Great Changi Appscapade’ lucky draw. In addition to the monthly destination draw offering four business class tickets to thrilling locations like New York, Fiji, Maldives, and more, there are also numerous appealing instant prizes up for grabs throughout the year. These instant prizes include retail vouchers as well as tickets for travel and attractions.
