At Chicago Rare, the focus is on timeless cuisine and culinary excellence. The menu features USDA Prime beef sourced from renowned farms across the USA, expertly aged for optimal tenderness and flavor. Complementing the steaks are a variety of signature sauces, delectable side dishes, and artisanal bread, creating a dining experience that is both nostalgic and luxurious. Leading the team at Chicago Rare is Rodney Belanger, a seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience. Heading the kitchen is Executive Chef Christian Gosselin, who brings over two decades of culinary experience from renowned restaurants in Chicago, Canada, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
