Christina Lawford appointed Chair of the Industry Partner Board at The Business Travel Association

Christina Lawford, Founder and Managing Director at DiamondAir International have been appointed Chair of the Industry Partner Board at The Business Travel Association (BTA). Lawford will work to raise awareness of the significant role business travel plays in the UK economy.

She will ensure the ongoing success of the Association’s business objectives and overall commercial plan following the Coronavirus pandemic. Lawford is the Founder and Managing Director at DiamondAir International, the leading provider of luxury Meet and Assist services to destinations across the world.

She has a wealth of industry expertise and is responsible for business development, strategic planning, partnership alliances, product development, and innovations with international airports and airlines. For over 25 years, Lawford has organically developed the company into a global, multi-million-dollar business and has created an unsurpassed business model that manages an international network operating in over 600 airports and train stations globally.

In addition to founding the award-winning service provider, in 2019 Lawford became a Co-Founder and Director of Evolvecar, a zero-emission chauffeur service offering premium electric vehicles in over 80 destinations around the world.
