Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa is thrilled to announce an exclusive culinary training session dedicated to elevating our offerings for Gujarati wedding menus. Renowned regional cuisine expert, Chef Poonam Dedhia, will lead this specialized session for our culinary team.

With over a decade of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Poonam Dedhia brings her expertise in curating authentic Gujarati menus to Clarks Exotica. Drawing inspiration from her rich culinary heritage, Chef Poonam has played a pivotal role in redefining traditional recipes from Gujarat, particularly from the vibrant regions of Kutch and Kathiawar.

Mr. Varun Sharma, GM Operations at Clarks Exotica, initiated this collaboration by leveraging his professional network to connect with Chef Dedhia. Sharing a mutual appreciation for specialized training and Gujarati delicacies, Mr. Sharma, alongside the resort’s Executive Chef – Suresh Babu, will guide the culinary team through this transformative journey.

Scheduled for 25th & 26th April, this training session marks a significant step for Clarks Exotica in its commitment to providing unparalleled experiences to our guests, especially those celebrating Gujarati weddings. “We are thrilled to welcome Chef Poonam Dedhia to Clarks Exotica Convention Resort & Spa for this exclusive training session,” said Mr. Balaji M, the Chief Executive Officer. “Gujarati weddings are known for their elaborate and diverse culinary offerings, and this training will empower our F&B production team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that exceed our guests’ expectations.”
