Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is thrilled to welcome Thomas Hoeborn as its new General Manager. With nearly four decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Hoeborn is set to enhance the resort’s dedication to luxury and groundbreaking experiences for guests.

Hoeborn most recently served as the Area General Manager in Central China, where he supervised the functioning and success of eight hotels affiliated with the Hilton and Conrad brands, with the 728-room Conrad Shanghai being a standout. Before his tenure in Central China, he occupied the position of Area General Manager for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, overseeing Hilton’s varied hotel collection in that area, and acted as the General Manager of the internationally acclaimed Conrad Hong Kong. Throughout his career, Hoeborn has held various executive roles at Hilton establishments in Hong Kong, Japan, and Thailand.
