Cuba reconnects with tourist

After months of lockdown, Cuba finally decided to open some of the important tourist beaches for the visitors. They are welcoming the international visitors in Varadero. Cuba has restarted travel and tourism as this is an important source of economy. Boosting tourism will boost the economic condition after six months of complete lockdown. As the peak tourist season of Cuba is all set to start in the month of November and continue till March, the administration is gearing up to reboot services by following new-normal norms.

At present 13 out of 16 provinces have received permission for reopening, and indulge into regular operations. Few charter flights are allowed at all of Cuba’s international airports. Unfortunately, Havana continues to remain closed until the end of October.

As slowly travelling is restarting around the world, the rule of following social distancing is important and is followed strictly around the world. Officials mentioned that international visitors will be tested for the virus, and hotels will have medical staff. Authorities added further that the international tourists will be tested for the coronavirus and that the hotels will have medical staff.
