Daytona Airport: Santa, Mrs. Claus & Reindeer spread joy with songs

On Friday, Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) experienced a delightful visit from special guests who spread joy and warmth among arriving passengers. These guests, none other than Santa and his merry team, made it a tradition to stop at DAB, recognizing the exceptional kindness of the passengers there.

Santa and his cheerful entourage warmly welcomed aircraft from Delta Airlines, American Airlines, and Avelo Airlines as they taxied to the gates. Subsequently, they extended their greetings to passengers in the baggage claim area, surprising them with small gifts that appeared magically beside their luggage for flights arriving between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Moreover, on this same festive day, DAB unveiled its 2nd annual holiday song, a heartwarming performance by airport employees and various tenants, including Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, Avelo Airlines, the Transportation Security Administration, car rentals, Faber food service, JCM janitorial staff, Volusia Sheriff’s Office, and County of Volusia Fire Services. The airport’s marketing department, in collaboration with the County of Volusia’s Community Information division, produced the accompanying video.
