Thomas Cook (India) Ltd., a leading travel services company, has opened a new Gold Circle Partner (franchise) outlet in Delhi’s South Extension, a high-end locality. The inauguration of this store, part of the company’s strategic expansion, was led by Mr. Romil Pant, Executive Vice President and Business Head – Holidays – Thomas Cook (India) Limited. With thirteen stores in Delhi (6 owned and 7 Gold Circle Partner), Thomas Cook aims to tap into various market segments, including families, seniors, professionals, local trade associations, and business travelers, in this affluent area. The new store will serve residents and businesses in South Extension, Defence Colony, Lajpat Nagar, Saket, and Malviya Nagar.

According to Thomas Cook’s consumer insights from Delhi, demand for luxury and exclusive experiences is growing at a rate of 40% and is brisk, up over 65% from the previous year. Consumers from Delhi’s South Extension are becoming more and more interested in unusual experiential features, such as private trips, dining in Michelin-starred restaurants, chasing the aurora borealis, going on African safaris, staying in igloos, etc. In order to meet the needs of the sophisticated tourists in the area, Thomas Cook has added a unique selection of luxury and premium vacations to its list of customizable vacation packages.

Thomas Cook’s strategic omnichannel model provides customers in the region with personalized options and convenience. Customers can choose their preferred holiday through the company’s website or Holiday app, visit a nearby store to consult with a holiday expert, talk to a call center executive, or use a combination of these channels, ensuring a tailored experience to meet their needs.
